Method
- Mash the banana in a large, microwave safe mug or ramekin.
- Add the peanut butter and vanilla to the mug and mix well.
- Add the dry ingredients - oat flour, cacao powder, baking powder and salt. Mix until just combined.
- Microwave for 1.5 minutes or until the center is set.
- Add the chocolate chips to the top and enjoy!
