Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 banana mashed
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Splash vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Mash the banana in a large, microwave safe mug or ramekin.
  2. Add the peanut butter and vanilla to the mug and mix well.
  3. Add the dry ingredients - oat flour, cacao powder, baking powder and salt. Mix until just combined.
  4. Microwave for 1.5 minutes or until the center is set.
  5. Add the chocolate chips to the top and enjoy!
  6. *Other topping ideas: nut butter, Greek yogurt, frozen/fresh berries
